Effective 6 August 2026
AudioPanels is operated by Audio Panels, [registered address — not yet set]. This policy describes what the service collects, why, and who else sees it.
Your email address. Stripe collects it when you subscribe and passes it to us. It identifies your subscription and is how support finds your account.
Your billing address and card details go to Stripe, not to us. Payment is handled entirely on Stripe's own pages. We never receive, store or process card numbers.
Subscription state. Your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, whether the subscription is active, and when the current period ends.
IP addresses. When your app requests a title, we record the IP address it came from against your subscription, along with a count and first- and last-seen times. We do this to see whether a single subscription is being used from many places at once. We do not use it to build a profile, locate you, or advertise to you.
Feedback you send. If you flag a problem with a title, we store what you wrote, the name you typed, and which part of which story it refers to.
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no third-party script of any kind. Every image and style on these pages is served from this domain, so loading them tells nobody else that you were here.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Stripe processes payments and holds your card details, billing address and invoice history under its own privacy policy.
Amazon Web Services hosts the servers and the encrypted backups. Data is stored in the United States.
That is the whole list.
Your subscription record is kept for as long as your subscription exists. Backups are encrypted and are deleted automatically after 30 days. [Retention period after cancellation — not yet set]
You can see and change your subscription, payment method and invoices at any time through your account, which opens Stripe's own billing portal.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact support@audio-panels.com. [Response time and verification process — not yet set]
AudioPanels is not directed to children under 13, and you must be 18 or older to subscribe. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13.
Families do watch together, and that is a use we support — but the subscription, the payment method and the account all belong to an adult. A child watching a story on a television is not creating an account and we collect nothing about them.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact support@audio-panels.com and we will delete it. [Verification steps and deletion deadline — not yet set]
If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you specific rights. We extend the same handling to everyone rather than checking where you live.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have. There is no advertising on this service, no advertising network receives anything from it, and the site runs no third-party script that could carry data away.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide the service, so there is nothing to limit.
Categories we collect, in the CCPA's own terms:
You have the right to know what we hold, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, to opt out of any sale or sharing (there is none), and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these.
Make a privacy request — including "do not sell or share my personal information" — and we will record it. [Response deadline and identity verification — not yet set]
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to subscribers.
